 You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without naming reasons and in arbitrary form (e.g. by letter, fax or email). You can also withdraw by returning the merchandise back within 14 days.

The 14-day period starts with the receipt of these written instructions, but not before receiving the merchandise. To comply with the revocation deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the withdrawal note or the merchandise within the 14-day period.

We are covering shipping costs for returns, as long as the price of the returning products is 40€ or above. If the price of the returning goods is lower than 40€, you will have to take care of the shipping costs yourself.
