Prices and Payment Options

-     The seller’s stated prices are all final prices and include sales taxes. Incidental shipping costs will be added during checkout and can be seen in the chart above.

-     For deliveries outside oft he European Union, there might be additional costs, that the seller has not to cover for. The buyer will cover these costs.

-     Buyers can choose from various payment options, which are offered by the seller.

-     If the buyer chooses to pay by advanced payment, the payment is due right after the purchase

-     If the buyer chooses direct debit, the invoice amount is due right after the conclusion of the contract. The seller is precariously authorized to collect the invoice amount from the buyer’s stated bank account. The direct debit is executed, as soon as the merchandise leaves the seller’s warehouse. If the direct debit can not be properly executed, due to the buyer’s, his objection to the debit, or by stating wrong banking information, the buyer has to cover the costs for back postings by the bank. For direct debit payments, the seller reserves the right to perform a credit check and refuse this payment option in case of bad credit.


Shipping and Delivery

-     The delivery of merchandise is usually performed through shipping and to the delivery address provided by the buyer. The delivery address during the check out process is relevant for the shipping. For orders paid through PayPal, the delivery address the buyer had entered in his PayPal account at the time of the purchase will be relevant for shipping.

-      If the shipping service provider is not able to deliver the package to the stated address, the buyer has to cover the costs for the unsuccessful delivery attempt. This is not the case, if the customer uses executes his right of withdrawal, is not accountable for the failed delivery, or if the buyer was temporarily unable to receive the shipment, unless he was informed about the service from the seller within an appropriate timeframe.

-     With the delivery to the buyer or an entitled receiver, the risk of random loss or demise of the merchandise is generally passing over to the buyer. If the buyer is an enterprise, the risk of random loss and demise is passed over from the business location of the seller to an appropriate transport person.

-     The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in case of wrong or late deliveries by suppliers. This is only applicable if the seller is not accountable and agreed to a covering transaction with the supplier. The seller will make all reasonable efforts to obtain the merchandise. If the merchandise should not be obtainable or only in parts, the buyer will be informed immediately and considerations will be reimbursed.

-     If the buyer wants to pick up the merchandise at the seller’s business location, the buyer will be informed by email, when the merchandise is ready for pick-up.  After receiving this email, the buyer will be able to coordinate the pick up with the seller. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
